Terms
Payments- I accept payment by credit/debit card through Google Checkout or Postal Money Orders sent with a tracking number. I no longer accept Paypal after consistently having problems with them. I will occasionally accept payment plans on some animals with a deposit after we agree on a payment plan. Deposits and payments are non refundable if the plan is broken.
Shipping- Shipping is done by UPS next day air, guaranteed to most places next day by 10:30 am. Shipments are sent out Monday-Wednesday if temps are between 40 and 90 degrees.
Tail loss- Since tails can be easily lost under stress and causes no health problems, I can not exchange or refund for geckos that arrive with their tail detatched due to shipping. This rarely happens but it is possible.
Guarantees- I guarantee live arrival and health of the gecko for one week. If for some reason an animal does not make it through shipping, I will need to be contacted within 2 hours of delivery. Be prepared to send photos of the animal at that time. I can then replace the animal or offer a refund.
